Observation
Two children went missing from program while outside and were found one mile away from program location. Staff Taylor Vance outside on playground with 20 children per name to face sheet on 5/17/2023 putting site out of ratio. All enrolled students were on playground (big toy) together (34 children) putting site over group size.
